Swiveling Spreader Bar with Cuffs

Description

This spreader bar takes things up a notch, by including rotating cuffs at the ends. The bar is created of hollow aluminum (for a lightweight feel) and connects 4 adjustable leather cuffs. The cuffs in the middle are secured with a metal plate, while the cuffs on the ends are attached to a pivoting joint. The cuffs are secured by a squared ring, to which a padlock may be attached.
