Wetpulse Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy outlines the shipping and delivery information for all orders placed on the Wetpulse website. Please read the following details carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders, including our popular, best-selling, and newest products.
Order Processing Time
All orders, including those for vibrators, best-selling items, popular products, and our newest arrivals, are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and discreetly. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents inside.
Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the selected service. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary significantly by country and can take between 10 to 30 business days after processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delivery Timeframes for Product Categories
All product categories, including Vibrators, Best Selling Products, Popular Products, and Newest Products, follow the same processing and shipping timeframes outlined in this policy. Availability of specific items does not affect shipping speed. In-stock items are shipped together. If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped once all items are available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. For expedited services requiring a signature, a physical street address is required.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is made and fails (e.g., no one is available to sign, or the address is incorrect), the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier to rearrange delivery or collect the package from a local depot. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and refunds will be issued for the product cost only, not including original shipping fees.
Shipping Delays
While we provide estimated delivery windows, please note that transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, or holidays. We will do our best to inform customers of any significant known delays.
